Four weeks in

You have reached the 4 week mark. For some, that means a solid month of consistent sessions. For others, the headset might have spent a few weeks sitting on the nightstand.

Either way, you are here. Now is the time to measure where you stand.

Take your next assessment. Your 30-day Brain Score assessment should open soon. Taking this is the most important thing you can do now. It provides a clear, objective look at how your score has moved since day one.

What happens next? Depending on your assessment results and how consistently you have actually used the headset, your Mave routine will now take one of three paths.

  1. Transition to maintenance. If you have been consistent with your sessions and are seeing clear improvements you can reduce your sessions to three times a week. The structural changes have happened, and your brain now just needs occasional top-up.
  2. Stay the course. If you have been consistent with sessions but are not quite where you want to be yet, continue with the same frequency. Everyone's response to brain neuroplasticity is slightly different. Continue with your five-day-a-week schedule for another two weeks to give the effects time to kick in.
  3. Hit the reset button. If you struggled with consistency this past month, your brain has not yet received the sustained activation signal needed to create structural change. If you only logged a handful of sessions, it’s unlikely you will see major improvements yet. Treat today as a fresh start. Commit to the five-day-a-week schedule moving forward so the compounding effects can actually begin.

Whichever path you take from here, you can adjust your weekly schedule here.
